Graphical Scheduler is a free app that enables production managers and employees to view and manage production loading more effectively.
Through , users can not only easily visualize exactly what work is scheduled at each workstation, but can also optimize their schedules through a number of premium tasks including drag-and-drop operations, one-click access to details, easy view of associated operations, built-in filter for quickly finding operations and color-coding to identify status of operations.
Through the dragging-and-dropping feature, users can rest easy knowing all related tasks are automatically updated to reflect a new production schedule – all as jobs are moved to different time slots on work or machine centers. Clicking on an operation displays job details including the production order number, routing number, descriptions and more; highlighting a single operation, meanwhile, will automatically identify all related operations to easily provide a complete picture – all within a single screen.
Graphical Scheduler’s built-in filter enables users to quickly identify specific operations, such as filtering for keywords like “wheel” or filtering on a production order number displays only related operations. Lastly, users can take advantage of color-coding to identify the status of an operation, making it easier to identify the specific state of jobs.
