As one of the largest counties in the state of Illinois, McHenry County has 300,000 citizens across over 30 communities—all served by their government organization’s 1,200 employees and 28 offices.
With residents who are much more experienced with technology than in the past and who also have an expectation for their local government to keep up with current technology trends and capabilities, the county’s outdated ERP system just wasn’t cutting it.
