Clients First was pleased to have the opportunity to present at the recent Dallas Dynamics 365 Saturday.  With a long list of Dynamics experts that included MVPs, Microsoft staff, and our very own Hope Enochs, the day was packed full of informative sessions.  There were a few technical difficulties with one of the session rooms at Microsoft's Irving Texas office, but I believe it was due to a projector outage - not a Microsoft product!  This session room was out of commission so some of the sessions had to be tabled.  One of those sessions was What's New in Dynamics 365 Enterprise Reporting.   There was a lot of interest in this session which Hope had prepared for so she offered to complete a video of her presentation.  Her video includes the following:

  • Excel Improved Integration - Excel can now be used as an import tool.
  • Embedded Analytics and Power BI - no Power BI license is needed unless you want to edit or create your own reports.
  • Financial Reports with Management Reporter - includes 22 out of the box reports
  • SSRS or SQL Reporting Services - new set of developer tools make form designs look a whole lot better!
  • Customers and prospects should be aware that Microsoft is releasing new Power BI content packs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition.  Here is the latest releases:
