MEM can attach a user class and one or more facilities to a user? This function is especially useful as a time saving tool for organization with a large number of users.
1. In the Multi-Entity Management module and select the User option
2. Select a user ID in the left pane then select the facilities that the user can access data for in the right pane, using Control + Shift key controls.
3. Click “mark selected” and then click “apply”.
