Microsoft Dynamics NAV Promotion: Get 3 More 4 Less

Email | Print

From now through December 27, 2014, you can take advantage of an exclusive Dynamics NAV promotion, which offers existing NAV customers 15 percent off the Microsoft list price when adding a minimum of 3 "full users" to the initial licensing plan.

Are You Eligible?

To be eligible for the “Get 3 More 4 Less” promotion, one year of Business Ready Advantage Plan or Business Ready Enhancement Plan is mandatory if you live in the US, Canada, or an English-speaking LATAM country. Specifically, you should have already been on an enhancement licensing plan when you upgraded to or purchased the Microsoft NAV perpetual license. Also, you should have adopted the perpetual licensing model before July 1, 2014.

Dynamics NAV Promotion

To get 15 percent off your order, it’s imperative that you include 3 or more “full user” licenses in the same transaction and enter the code 1653 in the “discount” field. No additional information is needed. Any other licensing models and user types will be charged, as per Microsoft Dynamics price list.

Promotion Exclusions

According to Microsoft, the customers who bought Dynamics NAV with the Module Based License aren’t eligible for the “Get 3 More 4 Less” promotion. Furthermore, the promotion only applies to "full user" licenses. This means that no discount will be provided for additional “light users,” limited Client Access License (CAL), Microsoft software solutions and related services, Dynamics functionality modules, and third-party software even if you include them in the same order. As well, the current NAV promotion can’t be transferred to another user, converted into cash, or combined with other Microsoft offers.

What’s in It for You?

Now, that’s a really good question. Considering that a current Dynamics NAV 2013 customer must pay $3,000 to include an additional concurrent user in the Starter Pack, the 15 percent discount provided by the “Get 3 More 4 Less” promotion will save you $450 on each “full user” license purchased. The savings are even greater with the Extended Pack.

If you’re not a current user on a perpetual licensing model, you probably feel disappointed, knowing that you won’t qualify for the “Get 3 More 4 Less” offer.  However, Microsoft takes care not only of current Dynamics NAV users, but also of future customers. As a new customer, you can take advantage of the “Give Me 5” promotion, also valid until December 27, 2014.

Both “Get 3 More 4 Less’ and “Give Me 5” promotions are available only through authorized resellers, which are allowed to set different terms, conditions, and end user prices.

As you can see, Microsoft offers current and future customers plenty of opportunity not only to buy one of the best ERP systems for less, but also to add new functionality and users as needed.
