Using the Sales Order Processing Module in Dynamics GP provides a good deal of tools to quickly analyze Customer data including high-level Sales Document information, Payment History and Amount Due.

Providing your Order Entry personnel with a more detailed and informative view of Customer History and order patterns can assist in the selling process.  WilloWare’s Sales Pro Tool adds a sophisticated Item Lookup to the Sales Transaction Entry window which dramatically improves a user’s ability to service a Customer, respond knowledgeably and quickly to Customer inquiries, and to suggestively sell additional items.

Sales Pro functionality includes:

  • Perform a wild-card search to locate items quickly by either a partial of the item number or item description
  • View a list of items previously purchased by the Customer
  • Locate availability of inventory in multiple Sites (Qty on Hand, Qty Available, Qty On Order, etc.)
  • The Co-Buy inquiry shows items commonly purchased together by the Customer
  • See sales analysis for items, such as the minimum, maximum and average quantities purchased by the Customer as well as the minimum/maximum price paid on historical invoices

Sales Pro assists Order Entry personnel in identifying sales patterns, suggesting up-sells and add-ons and quickly answering Customer inquiries.
