5 Convergence 2013 Must Dos!

Email | Print

1. Make some new connections!

Convergence is the perfect opportunity to network and make new connections in the Microsoft Dynamics community. With partners and customers from around the world, it is a perfect venue to meet new people, share best practices and learn from one another.

2. Learn something new!

There are so many excellent ways to learn at Convergence. Literally around every corner will be something for everyone. From the many concurrent sessions, to the technical deep dive sessions, hands-on labs, round-table discussions, and the interactive sessions, there are some excellent choices for every level to learn more about any of the Microsoft Dynamics products. Check out the session catalog before heading to Convergence, so you are prepared to make the most of your learning experience.

3. Visit the Expo!

The Expo Experience always has so much energy and puts the global Microsoft Dynamics community at the center where Partners, ISVs, and others from around the world bring their technology innovations to share. I personally love walking around the Expo, looking at all the booths and viewing all of the new tools, products, and technology that interact with the various Dynamics products. Don’t forget to stop by Rockton Software’s Booth #1851 during expo hours!

4. Closing Key Note & Celebration!

The closing key note sessions each year are always exciting, and this year is no exception. The closing speaker is Kofi Annan, former Secretary-General of the United Nations. With his experience in the world of international diplomacy, it provides such a unique opportunity to hear his stories, insight, and advice about leadership and cooperation in a global business environment.

Also new this year is the Convergence closing party. I would be sure to attend this event and meet up with some of your new and old connections in the Dynamics community, enjoy the food, beverages, and a concert with Matchbox Twenty! This sounds like a great way to end the Convergence 2013 week!

5. Get out and enjoy New Orleans!

New Orleans has so many fabulous restaurants, museums, and neighborhoods to explore, so be sure to take some extra time, get out of the convention center and explore!

Stop by Rockton’s Booth #1851 and watch a demo, catch up, or just say hi! We look forward to seeing you at Convergence 2013.

Don’t forget to meet the Rockton team, before Convergence 2013!
