Less wait times means orders are processed faster and customer satisfaction goes up. Likewise if you have an approval process in place and need authorization for those large purchases, Requisitions Management can replace the outdated paper requisition systems. Not only can it reduce the paper trail, it can improve accuracy and efficiencies with email notifications and automatic creation of POs from approved requisitions.
When it comes to orders, Order Management for Business Portal provides around-the-clock, security-enhanced access via an out-of-the-box, business-to-business portal which allows salespeople and customers to view, place, and edit orders online, saving time and increasing accuracy of orders. Available to Promise ensures the right inventory is available at the right time to meet customer needs. Advanced Picking reduces handling and increases accuracy for single and multisite warehouse operations. The Extended Pricing module of Microsoft DynamicsGP allows you to create standard price schemas such as percentage off, value off, and net pricing. It also allows the end-user to implement powerful date-sensitive functionality for sales and promotions. By equipping your sales team to improve customer satisfaction and beat the competition by creating flexible pricing options and rules for each customer.
From the back office side of the business, accountants love the Smartlist Builder and Excel Reporting features that allow them to create and analyze data specific to their needs. C-level officers can take full advantage of the Business Analyzer feature that uses SQL Server Reporting Services to generate reports and enables end users to define which reports they want to see in the application. Business Analyzer enables end users to assign Microsoft Lync, Office Communicator 2007, or Email contacts to reports so this information can be shared with non-back office users such as sales and territory managers. Speaking of email, one of our favorite new features to show off is the ability to email reports out of Dynamics GP 2010 R2. With that addition of Word templates and tons of flexibility, you can email any report out of the system. This can greatly improve response times and customer satisfaction which in turn gives the client a competitive edge!
