Step-by-step instructions are very useful in most cases, but a quick "how-to" demo is the quickest way to get the step-intensive points across. I have to admit, if I only listened to the videos, my ears would be 'tuning out', but with the advantage of the demonstration, I feel that the directions are crystal clear!
