    There’s no doubt about it, we are in the social media age. If they need information, the first place people go is often the internet and we are all getting increasingly savvy, I must say! Social media is a great way to stay connected with customers and anyone who may be interested in your products and/or services. A great example of proper use of social media is the support available for Microsoft Dynamics GP end users. Here are just a few resources to help you stay connected to the Microsoft Dynamics GP world:

    Staying connected online is obviously important in this day and age, but nothing really beats the support of a one-on-one partnership when it comes to the solution you work with every day. The resources available online are getting increasingly better. But if I had a problem with my solution, I would not post it on a twitter account, I would much rather call up someone who has my best interests in mind. There are just some things you can’t replace in a virtual environment.
