No April Fool’s Joke – 3 Ways for Small, Medium, and Large Companies to Get Big Savings on Microsoft Dynamics ERP Through June 24th

If you are currently planning to purchase a new ERP system, you can get some crazy savings right now with the purchase of Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, or SL.  Currently, Microsoft is offering three crazy ways to save through their Microsoft Dynamics certified partners like the TM Group of Michigan.  For those who don’t know, June is not only the end of Microsoft’s fiscal year, but also an excellent time to start a new ERP project and be live by the end of December.  But act now, the deals ends on June 24, 2011!

Offer #1 is perfect for a small business - the “Buy 1, Get 50% Off” sales offer for Microsoft Dynamics GP Business Essentials applications delivers big savings on a multitude of functionality. For example, you can purchase Microsoft Dynamics GP Business Essentials (BE) with one user for only $1,125.  Microsoft Dynamics GP BE is designed for small to medium-sized companies looking for financial management, business intelligence, and supply-chain functionality. This rich business application has 22 modules including General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Bank Reconciliation, Electronic Banking Suite, Intercompany, Encumbrance Management, Fixed Assets, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, and Inventory Management. That’s a lot of software for $1,125! However, this does require a three-year commitment to stay on the Business Ready Advantage Plan (which most customers do anyway) that provides the application’s maintenance and enhancements.

Offer #2 is great for medium-sized clients, the “Buy 1, Get 3” sales offer for Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV and SL applications provides even more savings on both Business Essentials and the Advanced Management Suites. For example, you can purchase Microsoft Dynamics GP Business Essentials (BE) with three users for only $2,250 with the functionality detailed in the preceding  paragraph .  If you required manufacturing or project accounting which aren’t available with Dynamics GP BE, then you can purchase Microsoft Dynamics GP Advanced Management (AM) with three users for only $3,980 with “Buy 1, Get 3” Microsoft Dynamics GP. AM offers the same financial management, business intelligence, and supply chain functionality as well as manufacturing and project accounting. This advanced business application has 43 modules including Collections Management, Grant Management, Bill of Materials, Production Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning, Project Accounting, and Time and Expense.  It’s a bargain with that much functionality for less than $4,000.

Offer #3 has a funny name: the “Bigger BAM”” sales offer.  I don’t know about you, but the first time I heard of this offer all I could picture was Fred Flintstone’s son Bam Bam hitting the ground with his club saying “Bam, Bam Bam!” And this is the type of offer a medium to large-sized company like Fred’s employer, Mr. Slate of The Slate Rock and Gravel Company, would love. For new customers that purchase twelve or more users of Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV or SL Advanced Management, they will receive four additional AM seats for no additional cost under this Bigger Bam Offer (Breadth for Advanced Management). That’s buy 12 users and get 4 additional users for free under the Bigger BAM Offer.

Of course you can add additional users and modules with all these offers.  Payroll and Human Resources Suites are available on either BE or AM of Microsoft Dynamics GP. There are also more than thirty additional modules available for purchase with AM and BE including the following on AM: extended pricing, Enterprise Reporting, Distribution Suite, Manufacturing Suite, and Customization Suite.

It is also worth noting that Microsoft is also offering a deal for SalesForce.com customers who switch to the much better Microsoft Dynamics CRM package (OK, I admit I’m biased)  which integrates with Dynamics GP. This CRM Switcher promotion is for $200 per seat.  Because Microsoft Dynamics CRM is designed to run native within most user’s preferred email and calendaring program, Microsoft Outlook, it easier to track emails, contacts, tasks, appointments, and other activities in CRM. Most SalesForce.com users are still doing double entry of data in the Outlook and their SalesForce.com CRM.
