The association started by looking for a new partner to help it with its upgrade, provide ongoing support, and offer sound insight into how the application can best support its daily operations. Crestwood Associates was selected from a field of several value-added resellers (VARs) and we are utilizing our Microsoft Dynamics GP Help Desk, our Client Education Manager, and our team of seasoned professionals to realize continued return on the client’s technology investment.
Included in its upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010, the client invested in a new server and sought to take advantage of Crestwood’s significant knowledge relating to the solution.
