The term “business as usual” simply doesn’t apply to InterDyn Artis’ clients in today’s marketplace.  Our clients need systems that help their people orchestrate routine tasks and complex processes—all in the course of a day’s work.  Microsoft Dynamics® GP 2010, due to release in May 2010, offers capabilities that will help our clients work faster and smarter.  This release fuels efficient task management and teamwork, simplifies setup and IT administration, and offers built-in tools for meeting specific business needs.  To educate the Microsoft Dynamics Community in North Carolina and South Carolina on the features of this new release InterDyn Artis is hosting a free workshop, Sneak Peek of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 (Version 11.0), on Friday, March 19, 2010 at the Microsoft office in Charlotte, NC.

Our clients already take full advantage of Microsoft Office Outlook®, Microsoft Office Excel®, and Microsoft Office Word which integrates with Microsoft Dynamics GP—without leaving the ERP solution.  In the new release our clients can quickly create customer and vendor-facing documents using Word forms.  They can also send batch and individual e-mail messages for invoices, orders, and check remittances. This is a new feature that will be demonstrated at our workshop.  Now our clients will get more work done in less time—and the work looks more professional and polished.

There's more . Our clients can now work more efficiently, with precise tracking and accountability, by using new workflow approval processes and improved capabilities for documenting sign-offs.  In addition, simplified system access includes default logon settings that can save users valuable time.

The latest release also makes it easier to meet unique business needs with built-in personalization tools.  For instance, no more juggling customer and vendor information stored in multiple sources such as Microsoft Office Access® and Excel.  Without writing new code, administrators or users can create a mini business application in Microsoft Dynamics GP that consolidates the information for easier tracking and management by multiple people, for multiple tasks.

Microsoft has paid close attention to the Microsoft Dynamics GP Community's requests for enhancements that improve business efficiency and performance in highly specific areas—including analytical accounting, budget tracking, payables and receivables, payroll, field services, manufacturing, and distribution in a complex marketplace.

As a Microsoft Dynamics partner with over 20 years experience we know that knowledge plays an essential role in the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics GP.  Don’t miss this free workshop – Sneak Peek of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 hosted by InterDyn Artis on Friday, March 19th at the Microsoft office in Charlotte, NC.  Please contact Judy Van Der Linden at 704-321-3881 if you have any questions or would like to attend the Sneak Peek of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 workshop.
