How to Recruit a Key2Act/WennSoft Partner

    Email | Print

Last summer my husband and I took on the task of putting a new roof on our garage. I gathered as much information as possible aboutFixing Garage Roof the supplies we would need, the quantity of those supplies and information on how much time should be allotted. I made the trip to the home improvement store, rented a trailer and enlisted friends to help. But that’s about where my involvement ended. I knew starting out that my strengths in the project would be organization, planning and recruiting the right team.

Although we all try, we can’t be good at everything, which is why recruiting the right team is vital to success. As a Key2Act Executive Partner we are often “recruited” by other Microsoft partners across the nation to help their clients specifically with their Key2Act implementation and support. While the other Microsoft partner is the main contact with the customer and manages the project, planning and organization, the consultants at DFC step in when asked to assist with Key2Act functionality.

Key2Act couples directly with Microsoft Dynamics GP to allow companies to manage work orders, field ticketing, dispatching, scheduling, maintenance contracts, service estimating and more. Most importantly all of this can be managed directly in the field through their mobile solution.

If you’re looking for the right team to help with Key2Act functionality, let us know.

Key2Act was formerly WennSoft and is the construction and field service management technology leader. Their software integrates directly with Microsoft Dynamics GP, giving you a complete software package to manage your whole business.
