As time goes on, you can continue tracking information about your new employee including attendance, any disciplinary reports, grievances, injuries and illnesses, property that you’ve checked out to them, reviews, and more. All of this information is secure within the system and can only be accessed by those with the correct permissions such as the direct manager or supervisor.
When the employee leaves the company, a termination checklist allows your manager to make sure that all the necessary steps are taken, including making sure all company property is returned and if the employee is eligible for rehire.
