Fixed Asset reporting in Microsoft Dynamics GP can be a little frustrating because it is missing a few key ingredients. Fixed Asset reporting should be fast, simple, historically reportable, and above all easy to import. Advanced Avastone Tools is a product created by Avastone Technologies, LLC that does just that!

Below is screen shot of Fixed Asset Smartlists as they appear out of the box. We can see here there are only three Smartlists and none of them have historical financial information. The closest we can get to exportable is using the Fixed Asset Books Smartlist but this only shows us the last depreciated information which can be very misleading.
