One of the clients we helped with Infinia Integrator is a publically held company with 70 locations and over 6500 employees. When we asked them what their biggest pain point was, they answered, “Month-End!!”  Dreading month-end processes holds true for many companies, large and small.

With over 70 locations, this company has to track thousands of General Ledger (GL) journal entries within Microsoft Excel. 1. Copy- First, our client copies GL journal entries from Excel by highlighting the data, right mouse clicking, and selecting copy.
2. Paste- Then they paste that data right into Infinia Integrator. The integrator validates and color codes everything so they can see right away if there’s bad data. Infinia Integrator validates that data first before entering anything into GP.
3. Import- If the data is correct, they just click import and everything is automatically uploaded into GP. It’s then ready to be reviewed and posted as part of the normal process.

And because Microsoft Excel is so familiar to use, our client can use administrative staff for the data entry process instead of taking up valuable time of their core Microsoft Dynamics GP users.
