New Check Approval Workflow from Mekorma MICR for Dynamics GP 2010

    As a Dynamics GP partner we highly recommend the use of the Mekorma MICR program for our Dynamics GP customers since the use of this product adds another level of security to business cash in particular in Accounts Payable.   This program is very affordable and now offers users a secure way to approve AP or EFTs remotely at their own computers.   Check approvers are now notified of pending batches in an email and can approve them right from their own computers. This feature applies the rules you have configured for signatures, thresholds, and maximum approval amounts to the workflow. Payment batches are securely locked until they are approved and printed.

      We are in the process of adding a new feature to our existing Approval Workflow system, called Split Batch. This process will split one batch into two batches based on a dollar amount threshold that you set.
