One of our clients, a manufacturer of industrial lubricants, was faced with the challenge of delivering concise, critical data to key personnel including executives who were not regular users of Microsoft Dynamics GP or CRM. The data needed to be dynamically updated in real time and personalized for each individual.
The solution was the development of several dashboards that provided key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data in real time.
The benefit was data that is always up to date, with each person seeing only the data that he or she needs. Now, the accounting and IT staff spend considerably less time creating reports because the dashboards provide that information with a single click of the mouse.
