The Microsoft Dynamic GP team has delivered a 1-2 punch in version 2010 with the release of the new Microsoft Word business form templates and robust email business form delivery.
The new Word business form templates allow the rendering of a collection of business related forms including: Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Vendor Remittances on Microsoft Word based forms. The Word templates can be edited without advanced knowledge in previously utilized reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Reporting Services. Want to add the Customer’s Email field or remove those unused columns from the Invoices form? Just open the form in Word, make the changes, and load the form into Microsoft Dynamics GP.
