If you read the post again you will notice I said "when i was a young manager..." As I have now been working with ERP Software for 10 years, I can sadly no longer be that young! I can assure you, I do now know what EDI is. But I still think a simple explanation is helpful for my readers. As for the twitter headline, that was not intentional BUT i do have to think that perhaps it has worked in my favor.....I would bet that curiosity is what made you click on my link....and others may too.
